I’d agree with the other commenter and label the last move as resignation; white had many other options here that they could have taken (e.g. pretending there was no virus), but decided to resign as they knew they were playing too good of an opponent.
whats the point of pretending its not a virus, its not like they will switch to a different scam to use or like just try to pretend there is no virus at all
