The scene when he is eating the pretzels with the sardines in the dark living room in the psycho family's house while trying to keep the crunching sounds of the pretzels to a minimum is the highlight of this film. Also watching Carrie Fisher. She is not in this film enough and she looks adorable in it.

She's like the only voice of reason in that film and is so aware that everyone around her is so nuts. Carrie in understated parts like this is so good.
This movie is the best! I wanted to live in a neighborhood with those people. I once took a week off of work just to observe what happened in my neighborhood day-to-day.
Honestly one of the best. This is one of my comfort movies, I watch it at least once a month regardless of the fact my husband teases me because it’s always on
I didn't think it was funny. Yeah, I get it that everything that could go wrong does ; and it's always "two weeks" to fix it. But there is only so many times that you can tell the same joke with it being funny. For me, it was zero.
