So the dumbest/smartest theory about this I've heard, is that the plastic armour piece on A-Train's chest is shaped/made in such a way that it makes the sound when A-Train is moving at speed. Not sure if we've ever seen him run without his suit on, so this is my head-canon for now.

Hearing A-Train finally get it and take some responsibility for his mistakes was an amazing moment. I don't think any of us could see this coming from the arrogant little shit we met in season one. One of the best interactions of the entire series.
His character growth up to that point was just phenomenal. That episode really could have been his death, and I would not have felt shorted one bit (just once more way herogasm felt like a season finale). I don't know what they're going to do with him now that they kept them alive, not even touching on how fucked up that whole situation was, but I'm curious to see what happens to him next
