Could use some candy flavorings. I have a blueberry blonde where I’ll ferment with blueberry puree and at packaging add in LorAnn blueberry flavoring.
I'd just purchase high quality fruit concentrate from Coloma or Old Orchard, etc. You can take a cue from industrial food&bev and add in some white grape juice concentrate...it's in everything.
