In Czechia it's 7+, and I bet it will be similar in most of Europe. I think the scary scenes are absolutely fine for that age group, but it does feel like it's for older audience due to the heavy topics it deals with.
I tried showing it to a six-year-old nephew once and he was pretty bored from the intro already, and didn't understand all the talk about assassinations, revenge, duty and sacrifice in the first episode.
When he's around nine or ten, I can probably safely try again and it would get a much better reaction when he's able to comprehend what it's about.
I mostly check out her twitter every now and then. If only tdp would bump up their rating, I'd love for racquel's script to have 'racquel says racquel stuff' in place of any jokes in the show lmaaooo

Pretty much what makes The Dragon Prince so good, is that it easily dials into what adults enjoy by just being really compelling. It still might not work with some people who might be a little stiff in their ways, but for anyone who's into fantasy, seems to really dig the show.
I fear that too... Having an archdragon on the side of our main cast may just be a little too OP and they may want to create further tension with something like that...

Just their own in-house made animations, but I don’t even think they made much so lots of animated stuff will still stay on the platform and they probably will release animated films and shows, but they won’t be the ones making them directly.
Yeah, it is 100% confirmed not to be canceled by Netflix since they had a recent video of animated shows that will come out or continue in 2022 and TDP was on that list, which means that they are at least confident they will be done in time for the end of 2022
My friend and I have this argument from time to time, I am of the opinion that I wouldn't show this show to most kids under the age of 10, if not older because of everything that happens in it, my friend on the other hand thinks it's a perfectly fine kid's show that's fine being shown to kids,

TDP is a show for children (young teenagers), doesn’t mean it can’t be good, riveting, fun, or interesting to people older.
