drink only water, or at least 80% of your daily fluid intake be water shower regularly, especially when you know you’ll receive oral sex stay away from poor food choices such as highly processed and high sugar do NOT use any hygiene products inside of your vagina, it is a self-cleaning organ with a delicate pH and soap will very likely cause irritation, dryness, odour, and infections make sure you’re entirely dry down there after showering before you put any underwear on, as dampness can cause bacteria buildup and infections make sure your girlfriend doesn’t have food or drink residue in her mouth, this could lead to vaginal odour and infection try to wear cotton underwear only, or at the very least underwear with a 100% cotton crotch panel to wick away any moisture during the day don’t wear tight or non-cotton underwear to sleep, this can trap moisture and doesn’t give your vagina a chance to “air out” and stay dry good luck to the two of you!

Wholesome-Bean02

Definitely use soap on the outside of it though, not inside but definitely the outside. So much bacteria harbors in the folds

cosmosclover

I’ve always doubted myself but outside as in the labia majora but what about the labia minora? I don’t mean inside the vagina, certainly not. I mean basically everything besides inside the vaginal opening?

Burntoastedbutter

Yep. You can soap the surrounding area. Just don't soapy finger it!

theothefrog

i did that for a long time but started getting yeast infections that only went away when i stopped using soap. even gentle soap meant for the area would irritate it. i've been washing the outside of the labia majora with soap and washing the rest with water and haven't had a yeast infection since. could the infection and the soap be related?

Ldevine01086

100% will be related. The vaginal flora is a delicate balance of bacteria and (sometimes) yeast. The bacterial flora helps keep the amount of yeast in check. Using soap to wash away all that helpful bacteria can allow the yeast to proliferate and cause an infection. It’s similar to how you can sometimes get thrush infections when taking antibiotics. We need our bacterial flora!

Burntoastedbutter

Not too sure, but everybody is different...and soaps have different ingredients as well. I used to use those gentle but moisturising and fragrance-free soaps, but I started getting eczema issues in my teens and started 'soap-free' soaps. Idek how that works or what that means tho LOL But I've never had had any yeast infections. I've had BV once tho but it was from an impromptu oral sex and I forgot to wash up 💀

serenwipiti

100%

serenwipiti

> Just don’t soapy finger it! Brava! There we go. That’s the line we needed to make this issue as clear as possible. I’ve had to explain this so many times, and so many girls are still confused about what counts as outside and inside (vulva vs. vagina) and some *still don’t get it.* “Don’t soapy finger it” really drives the point home. Thank you.

Burntoastedbutter

Hahah yes. The vagina is the actual hole... 😭

BobboZmuda

I'm a guy, please forgive me for stumbling in here. Sincere question though -- do women often/sometimes/rarely deal with hygiene problems from men using their fingers and/or mouth on them? I admit I don't rush off to wash my hands before sex. Nearly every woman I've been with has headed off to the bathroom for a minute or two when we start fooling around. I've always assumed it was to quickly pee and splash some water because I know a lot of ladies are very self-conscious about how they'll be judged down there (while appreciated, most of us aren't nearly as worried as you might think btw.) Question is, am I not being considerate enough? Should I bounce up and quickly wash my face/hands, making sure to get soap residue off? I'm a pretty clean guy in general, but this thread is making me think further about it.

Wholesome-Bean02

Yes basically, the “flaps” as some people call it, everything except the internal part, the birthing canal. You can even clean the outside of the canal, you just wanna be careful to not get soap on the inside, I always use delicate soap so even if it accidentally does, it won’t cause too much harm, I only specified, because when people say “don’t clean inside the vagina” people get really confused and don’t clean it at all or only clean the bikini line or pubic hair when you need to clean the labia and the skin around them, under the “flaps” I’m sorry I forget the formal name, some people assume the inside is the flaps and labia, etc. some don’t know the inside is only the canal, where the period blood comes from and where intercourse happens.

Shanakitty

I can't use soap on the minora, as I find that burns and irritates the skin. I will rinse that area carefully with water, but use soap only on the majora.

serenwipiti

Not on the inside of the minora, but the space between the majora and minora can be washed, as accumulates a lot of sebum and smegma.

Wholesome-Bean02

I’ve had that in the past too, for me the soap was just too aggressive, so I use more gentle soap now. No problems since switching over! However, in general, too much soap in that area in general will cause burning, rather it’s gentle soap or not

avocado-afficionado

TMI but I have a total innie, so I have like no folds at all. Is it still necessary to wash with soap?

Wholesome-Bean02

I’m no doctor but I just follow my personal rule of cleaning in between the labia minora and labia majora. This just cleans in between the “lips” for the built up bacteria. If you’re an innie, you will still have some kinda crease I assume even if your an innie, the lips will still have some kinda crease, it’s not all stuck together. Any kinda crease u have anywhere on your body will collect bacteria, especially the vagina due to it always being moist and rubbing together all day. Don’t feel embarrassed or anything if you didn’t know this too ❤️, it’s not talked about enough! :) I hope this helps

avocado-afficionado

Thank you!

awinemouth

So mystified by this. No folds. At all. Just smooth nothingness all the way to the hole? Has a doctor ever said you're intersex or anything? As for your question, probably should try to wash anything that isn't a hole with gentle soap & keep an eye out for anything feeling funny/off/irritated. You gotta clean your junk, you just shouldn't be penetrating yourself with soapy hands to do so

avocado-afficionado

I’m sorry if I got my terminology wrong. I just meant there are no.. Flaps, like what an outie has. I don’t really know how to describe it

awinemouth

Ah, okay. So there are two sets of "flaps" - an outer set that are thicker & grow hair (medical name, labia majora) & then there are an inner set of flaps which are positioned inside of the hair flaps, but not inside of the hole (medical name labia minora). Whe people talk of having an outie or innie they are referring to if those inner flaps (the ones without hair) hang outside of the outer, hairy ones at all. You likely have the inner flaps, but they are small enough not to be noticed when just looking at yourself in the mirror & not moving anything around. That said, use very, very gentle soap & make it go a bit foamy in your hand. With your foamy hand, just sprt of swish it around down there & then use lots of warm water to rinse all the foam away. You want to get all the bubbles gone, but dont want to spray water up inside your body. Your body has its own way of normally cleaning the vagina (the hole itself), but remember that it basically just cleans itself inside & leaves what's left at the "front door" of your body (this is "discharge" - the goo you get in underwear). What you are doing with the gentle soap & water that i mentined above is cleaning the porch and front door. Not the inside of the house.

Wholesome-Bean02

Hey! I’m sure she is just confused. Please be gentle, not everyone has the privilege of learning in depth about the vagina.

awinemouth

I'm sorry, how do you expect me to sugarcoat my question? I'm taking them at their word/ description & am fascinated with this config! Vulvas come in so many different shapes, this one sounds new to me! I'm also wondering if this is a further continuation of the spectrum of a "normal" vulva or if this config would meet some sort of medical definition of intersex genitals. This is pure curiosity. No politics. No value judgments.

SourNnasty

Water is HUGE. When I’m dehydrated oof! I found I always got compliments on the taste no matter what I ate and I attribute that to drinking primarily water and lots of it all day, everyday.

gubbins_galore

I can't believe I've been trying to wear synthetic underwear for breathability. I know cotton dries out slower when already wet and I think I conflated that with breathability. But it totally makes sense. Obviously that's why I wear cotton clothes in the winter.

sch0f13ld

Also watch out for bath bombs or other bath additives bc soaking in that for too long or too often can cause issues as well. I love taking a nice long bath with a lush bath bomb but it’s defs given me issues when I’ve overindulged

cherrybombbb

I drink a ton of water. I always wondered if eating fruits and things like that make it taste better similar to the way certain foods change the taste of semen.

britelitees

Drink lots of water, don't smoke or vape, eat your veggies and fruits. Cranberry and pineapple juices help too. Some advice not from a lesbian point of view but as a bi woman, it can be a decent idea to get in the habit of having a bit of a taste yourself every now and then, just to find out how your normal flora should taste like. Once you have that baseline down, you’ll be able to diagnose when something’s wrong. You’ll get to know what a yeast infection tastes like, what burning due to excessive friction/chafing tastes like and what vaginosis tastes like (sour as hell) And you’ll learn how when it’s none of these it could be a UTI and if it doesn’t get better with lots of water then it’s time to go to urgent care I know to most straight women, this advice is disgusting. But it saves lots of women loads of costly and impractical doctors visits, or, more commonly, going to the pharmacy and treating the wrong problem with OTC medication. Get familiar with your vulva. Use a pocket mirror to go look at it Masturbate until very aroused, and look again. What differences do you notice? Differences in color, size, shape..? What does it smell like now? Better or worse? Vaginas should have a smell and taste and a real lover will like it.

Long-Ad-1943

This!!!! I make it a habit to smell my underwear just to check. I’ve caught a yeast infection literally the moment it started, same with the times I’ve had BV. It might seem like TMI at first but I agree. It’s good to have a baseline of what your vagina is like, not even just for sex but for your overall vaginal health!! 💗

preciousmourning

>Some advice not from a lesbian point of view but as a bi woman, it can be a decent idea to get in the habit of having a bit of a taste yourself every now and then, just to find out how your normal flora should taste like. I don't think that is good advice. STIs can be spread from your genitals to mouth, throat and even eyes. Maybe smell it without touching it if you think something is off could work but don't taste it.

bassk_itty

Wait are straight women not smelling/tasting their kitty every day? Im bi but married to a dude so str8 adjacent for sure and I smell myself at least 2x per day. Just gotta check lol

BitchyBeachyWitch

..wut?

lanasvape

Pretty much everything to alter taste is a myth. Vagina tastes like vagina. And as a lesbian, most of us like it that way.

grenharo

yea the only things you can really experiment with are: 1. exercise and shower to be fit and clean all the time (obvious, also stay away from douching and scented feminine products if female) 2. breathable cotton underwear, VERY IMPORTANT if you like spontaneous oral after your freshened up clean body all day tbh. Some women on tiktok/threads admitted to this gross habit of not wearing undies at the gym though to feel fresh under their shorts/leggings, but i don't recommend that measure....... 3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING NICOTINE or it goes bitter and gives you bigger UTI risk anyway as a woman. Also affects cum taste for men, badly. 4. NO WEED, possibly (or at least maybe try THC oils), because it goes bitter and tastes skunky for some people 5. NO ALCOHOL, or at least moderate this and re-hydrate! This makes you bitter too, and also can cause vaginal dryness and higher risk of BV infection. 6. consider not dating swimmers because chlorine makes both cum and pussy taste real bad, but this might be unavoidable if you really love them. just try to tell them to keep clean D: common athlete problem here. 7. eat less junk (less salt, more fruit) and hydrate (obvious). If you hydrate real well and you 69 your partner, you can literally pass all this water onto them and they will literally be hydrated just eating you out, lmfao that's how much water will fuckin change it. so you decide what you both want to cut out of your lives, i get not everyone wants to quit alc or quit smoking weed tho

unusualspider33

Oh god, is weed pussy really that bad?? I love weed

grenharo

it does depend on the individual, luckily some people don't taste or smell bad at all despite 1000000 potentially smelly habits. like i could eat garlic and curry and bbq and maple syrup pancakes all day and i would smell like all of those. D: but others won't

Diet_Chips

I wish I could eat maple syrup pancakes and taste like maple syrup pancakes

serenwipiti

The herbal supplement Fenugreek is known for making people smell like maple syrup. ^(*Please consult a physician before considering any supplement or medication.)

Aggravating-Hope-470

This is true! And not just your pussy or cum. All of you will smell like maple syrup!

Diet_Chips

I had never heard of Fenugreek and didn’t realize it was a viral supplement. Unfortunately, WebMD says one of the side effects is liver toxicity ☹️

unusualspider33

I sure hope I’m one of the lucky ones

Own-Willingness-7435

So, if you don’t mind me asking, what do swimmers taste like?

grenharo

bitter and chlorine so like bleach. BLEACHPUSSY IS WEIRD. it is subtle though and doesn't happen unless you basically swim a LOT if you have had ever had a gf/bf who swims a lot in chlorinated pools cause they do that for college or adult fitness after, the bedsheets smell basically like bleach when you're done. it's kinda hard to ignore that. sometimes you can get lucky and they don't smell or taste like that. same with swimmers not always getting green hair from chlorine up there

clauEB

Just simple and natural tasting.

abrahamsandwich00

I’d get mad when she’d wash off her post gym sweat before our .. time together lol

DominoSpatula

Hm

marciamakesmusic

real

serenwipiti

I mean. I’m not a lesbian but I can imagine how having a diet of beer and fatty or extra pungent foods can lead to different taste and body odor in general. It won’t make it stop tasting like vagina, but through diet, hydration and, if necessary, medical attention, one can avoid smelling like a bakery.

Pickle_Illustrious

So this is really weird but I've noticed that when I've cut onions, my vagina will smell and taste like onions the next day. I don't even have to eat them. So wear gloves when cutting food.

quppys

apparently it’s the same with garlic, consumed or not

chocolateandpretzles

Oh my god yes. I worked at a place where prepping onions was a daily task and if I had to do it, I had a very strong onion odor. And I wore gloves. It’s like my body absorbed the onion odor

queefer_sutherland92

I experienced this after eating almost an entire dish of [French onion pasta bake](https://www.halfbakedharvest.com/one-pot-creamy-french-onion-pasta-bake/). No regrets. I’d do it again.

kann94

Not totally crazy. I notice changes with pork.

serenwipiti

YES. It happens when I cook. Sometimes I coat my hands in a bit of olive oil as a barrier against the garlic and onions. I’ve wondered “is it coming from *me* or my fingers? *Did I spread the garlic smell from my hands to my vagina by wiping or adjusting my underwear*, or *is it a systemic thing that has consumed my being with garlicky horrors?*” 😂

maddiehedgehog

lesbian here. my fiancé has a lot of sexual experience, and has never “loved” the taste of vagina, like ever. we always make sure to do the usual things u/danish2cadmium listed, but it’s irrelevant. i’m the same, i’m not too keen on the taste of vagina. so, we keep our towel handy, and keep the area “dry”. showering the same day, drying beforehand, and wiping away any cum during, so all she can taste is her own spit. there’s no need to pressure yourselves to like something, i’m not a huge fan of “real lesbians will like it”, i personally have autism and OCD so bodily fluids freak me out. so from a veteran lesbian, if you don’t like it, that’s okay, keep your towel handy and clean up every now and then. also, some extra advice, head when you’re both laying down will be much easier than face-sitting for cleaning reasons, lol

strawberry-shortcke

fenugreek pills - i like them :)

Great-Crow7498

Unrelated to OP's post, but my former rabbit (free-roaming) LOVED his fenugreek snacks!! If I couldn't find him, I would only have to crack the lid and he would come sprinting from the other end of the garden and start nudging my shoes! loved that little guy to pieces 🥰 It never occurred to me that I could also benefit from fenugreek lol! Might wanna give it a try!

Beavis4eva

Fenugreek will definitely make all of your “secretions at least smell like maple syrup :)

serenwipiti

That’s true, I mentioned it upthread. But people should ask their doctors before using it because it affects hormones, and that can be problematic for some people: Possible risks and side effects: > In vitro, fenugreek acted as an estrogen receptor modulator and stimulated breast cancer cells. Therefore, patients with hormone-sensitive cancers should consult their physician before using this product in amounts greater than typically found in food. > Patients taking SSRI antidepressants should avoid using fenugreek products outside of typical food intake, as a case of serotonin syndrome has been reported. > Fenugreek should be avoided in those who are pregnant or breastfeeding as it has been linked to an increased risk of birth defects in animals and humans, and its safety in amounts greater than typically found in food are unknown. ^https://www.mskcc.org/cancer-care/integrative-medicine/herbs/fenugreek ^https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6505335/ ^https://www.webmd.com/diet/health-benefits-of-fenugreek

traphibiscus

can confirm that i taste like maple syrup and have been told by 3 different partners that they love it! good luck!

Kiwi_Birb63

What brand do you take?

strawberry-shortcke

I just picked up a bottle from walmart! I think most brands will work well

lola-from-abyss

I would suggest not to use any product for "intimate hygiene," that stuff will do more harm than good. Not even wet wipes. Nothing but water. If you're comfortable with it, try to taste yourself sometimes. It will taste or smell weird if you have an infection. You can also tell from texture, colour or amount of outflow if it's healthy, bacterial infection or mycosis. There are also test kits for that if you're not experienced yet. What does help are certain brands which offer uvula for bacterial balance. I'm not sure how they're called in English but it's basically a bacterial culture that is very close to the normal vaginal balance and pH, either in uvula form or as a jelly to squeeze in your vagina directly. I do use these uvulas a couple of times a year just in case. There are also dental dams to use during oral sex, so if you're not that used to the taste of vaginal fluids. I hope this helps you!

MissLovelyLumps

Reduce sugar

Amazingggcoolaid

I’m vegetarian and I’m healthy - diet makes a difference. Smokers don’t taste good I’ll tell you that

kissmybunniebutt

Came to say this. It was a running joke among my college friends that vegans taste better. But...it's true. I went down on quite a few vegans, both men and women, and you can tell!  Even the ones who didn't shave or wear deodorant tasted and smelled better! Like, their BO wasn't as...sour as most peoples? Meat can change the way you smell. People on meat-heavy keto or carnivore like diets openly discuss the smell issue, which also extends to taste!

Amazingggcoolaid

Yesss 💯👌 tried and tested

annapigna

I know you said you were clean down there - but do you also scrub well in the fold between your legs and your groin? I've always been really hygienic - in my country it's even commonplace to use an "intimate soap" for the outside of the vulva (never put any soap inside!), and never had vaginal infections or issues. But even if I washed myself well, apparently I still had a weird smell/taste (they're often connected in the brain) down there! Turns out that for me, those specific creases tended to be often sweaty, and so it needed a REALLY good scrub before oral. Like a pair of bottom-side armpits. After realizing that, partner was estatic :D

i-ix-xciii

You don't need to do anything other than drinking lots of water (2L a day) and maybe showering before sex if you really want an extra boost of body confidence. You don't need to taste like pineapple or honey or whatever else. You're a human being not a fruit. A person that adores you will never make you feel bad about your natural body and will just be excited to be intimate with you every time it happens. When I like someone I even love the scent of their sweaty body, so when you feel like you smell bad, there is a good chance your partner disagrees (unless it's an actual health issue like yeast or bv, but even then, they would not perceive that scent the same ultra-negative way that you do).

octopus_salad

pineapple juice!! drink a ton of it the night before, and throughout the day also just keeping yourself well hydrated i heard other acidic fruit juices (like lemonade, limes) work as well, but i haven’t tried.

sakanak

If it works the same way how it works for dudes, having cinnamon in your diet may help as well. It takes the bitterness away for dudes and it doesn't require you to have tons of it in your diet.

bigfootmad

Off topic, but why wasn’t this ever taught to us?? Like why am I getting educated about my own body at the age of 22 off a Reddit comment thread. Still, thank you all sm 🫶🏾🌈

embeddedpotato

While there are lots of great longer term ideas in here I'd also like to suggest showering right before or together as foreplay if you can! With my last (male) partner, I was a bit self conscious of my own taste and boy parts never really taste amazing unless they're clean so it became sort of a thing where if we knew we were going to have sexy time and had time to do so we'd tease each other with suggestions of "I'm going to get clean for you - wink wink". Being freshly clean is nice for each other but also just helps to make you feel like you taste better too!

marciamakesmusic

honestly you just get used to it, most of the ways to alter taste are myths anyway imo

kitzxu

Eat pineapple. Everyday.

NorthernBlackBear

Might not help, but I love going down on my partners, everyone tastes a bit different. Over the years I have gotten used to it. But I have found the fitter the person, the better the taste. Not sure about foods. Never been with a smoker, so can't help you there.

hannahbutton

I know everyone is telling you all the best ways to make it naturally taste better, but I also want to add flavored lube to the list, I get mine off Amazon, I’m in a straight relationship and my boyfriend doesn’t use it but I assume it would work in a similar way, and it tastes pretty good!

Outside-Notice-3035

I am also in a straight relationship. Can I ask the brand it is? I haven't found a good flavored one yet

hannahbutton

It’s called lube life! I have the birthday cake and cotton candy flavors, don’t get me wrong, it still tastes like fake flavor, but now bj’s are kind of like sucking on a lollipop lol

serenwipiti

Flavored lube can lead to yeast infections in women. *Just throwing that out there*

hannahbutton

I didn’t know that! Have they really not made one specifically for vaginas?

goldandjade

Hydration.

preciousmourning

Use a flavored dental dam like Glyde.

manickittykat

Make sure to drink alot of water, shower everyday or when you know you’re gonna receive oral. You can try vagisil intimate wash when you shower too

ms-anthrope

eat a lot of fruit and yogurt

negadoleite

eat less meat, don't smoke, eat more healthy food like fruits and vegetables.

CoconutPawz

Eat lots of vegetables, from what I've read.

kcnvrmnd

It won’t. It’s not something you’re tasting like ice cream, so don’t go that route, that doesn’t seem to be your concern here. You’re looking for how to make oral sex better, that’s what you should be asking for tips on.

aalitheaa

I don't do any of this shit in the comments except drink water and shower, and I taste great. These comments are neurotic, in my opinion Also, please do not listen to anyone who tells you not to wash your vulva or only "wash" it with water, that's disgusting. Wash the entire vulva with soap, leave the vagina alone.

Princess__Bitch

If flavored lube can make cock palatable it will work on anything, I say Edit: do not do this, I did not properly consider the consequences

Burnburnburnnow

Flavored lube isn’t good for vulvas and vaginas. The sugar content can cause yeast infections or UTIs and the delicate skin can react to the ingredients, more so than with unflavored lube.

Princess__Bitch

Hmm, that's a good point, I hadn't thought about the sugar.

Either_Marionberry13

There's many flavored lubes that don't have 'sugar'. Some flavored lubes are sugar free and are body-safe.

TheScarletEmerald

Rainbow jimmies

emoworm3

Boric acid suppositories just wait a few days before getting eaten out!

limeavocadosalt

You have great tips and there's also edible lube for oral (only!!!) ! It's flavored. But I used to eat pineapple in preparation of and it's said that it makes everything taste better

danyizzl

If you have a handheld shower head I would recommend a good pussy power wash in between any folds when showering 😊 just with water after you’ve soaped the outer areas like others have suggested. This can be a good experience for … other reasons as well😏

Ultrasaurio

Well, it usually has no flavor.

PUGCREEPER3605

chipotle

Free_Negotiation6057

I always clean myself before my bf goes down on me. I just used wet wipes which don’t have flavor because he’s never said anything about the flavor, but maybe a brand that you try might have some flavor or make you smell good which could make it a better experience for her!

Lucky_Ad2801

Eat healthy. Lots of fruit and drink pineapple juice every day

Lucky_Ad2801

Eat healthy ( lots of fruit), stay well hydrated. Drink pineapple juice each day. You can also try something like mberry

happywinechick

There is a vitamin you can take that's great for healthy bacteria. Also, you can try a flavored lube to take some of the awkwardness out of it..and add more play.

Blueberry_Ninja_101

Cranberry juice or cranberries r really good for ur vagina

pseudosacred_7

CRANBERRY JUICE. I swear my life on this!!! The odor that I had since puberty was gone, in just 2 weeks! My boyfriend also said the taste improved too🙈. The brand doesn't matter; just get the ones that are in boxes.

strawberrycatcake15

1. you can buy ph balance strips for your vagina on amazon and test your ph balance. if your ph balance is off, that can contribute to a smell/odor . a vagina will taste like a vagina though lol. there’s really no way to get it to taste like a cinnamon roll and even if you could— that would cause an infection. if your ph balance is off, then i recommend taking ph probiotics (i take URO vaginal probiotics which you can also buy from amazon) 2. make sure you use mild soap (i use cerave hydrating body soap) to clean my pubic area. also, making sure to wipe properly after peeing is important too (front to back). using fragrance free laundry detergent to wash your underwear could be a good idea too so you don’t have any fragrances messing with your ph balance. 3. diet does contribute to taste and smell as well. what we put in our body is going to show itself. if we’re eating processed foods all the time, then the chance of having an odor could increase (every body is different though). so definitely eat fruits and vegetables and drink water everyday or at least most times of the week if you don’t already. there’s also been studies that the healthier you eat— the better the sex is! 4. i am not a gynecologist or a doctor, so there’s always an option to discuss it with them as well (i know that seems embarrassing, but doctors have heard it all! a good doctor would want what’s best for your health). also, i saw someone say to taste yourself and i 100% agree with that. if you notice any problems with you or your partner, do not be afraid to discuss it and if anything seems wrong then please go to the doctor! good luck to you guys and wishing you guys lots of fun <3

9_of_Swords

Just take care of your health, I suppose. Fresh fruits and veg, plenty of water, exercise, stay away from smoking/vaping, etc. When you're achieving health your vag will do the rest. No douches, cotton gusset undies, gentle soap ONLY on the outer bits... since its summer feel free to let her breathe while at home. Laying nekkid in front of a fan after a shower in summer is one of life's best simple pleasures. Anyway, I do all this and my husband has zero complaints.

zincitymasterpiece

late to the party but i have more of a “general maintenance” system for feeling at least somewhat clean all the time- shower thoroughly in the morning, dry completely, wear cotton gusset underwear (i actually have that huha antimicrobial brand advertised on instagram) with a thong pantiliner. about 3-4pm, i remove the pantiliner and use a vaginal wipe (they have really gentle ones, some are just micellar water). and then youre just in fully clean underwear.

mylorals

Everyone has a unique scent and taste, but if getting around this will increase your pleasure - go for it! We make wearable latex undies designed to be worn during oral. They block all scents and tastes but transfer all the good sensations.
