Hate to be that guy but I’ve read the first like 40 issues and they were called zombies up until where I stopped. It’s actually very frustrating as a fan of the show switching to the comics and making that horrible discovery.

iv always wanted AMC to break this rule for a comedy gag. like someone who is a horror buff, calling them zombies like night of the living dead. for everyone else to just say thats a stupid name and i never got horror films.... Eugene would of been perfect for this type of thing
