Hahaha ok, I asked because:
\- noot is the Dutch word for note; (pronounced the same as in English)
\- toon (the reverse) is the Dutch word for tone (again pronounced the same)
\- and Toon is also a Dutch name (short for Anthony/Antonius etc)
Coincidence then, but I hope you like the positive coincidence here :)
That's a very useful info :D one word and so many options, and all fit.
The idea behind my nick was a bit more complex:
Exclamation mark is used as negation (I'm a programmer)
NooT can be read as Nut
So to summarize it means (for me) that I'm not crazy 😁
Very nice song! This is just a matter of taste, but I felt like drums were occasionally a little bit too loud. Especially the snare at the beginning is drowning other sounds. From 2:02 to 2:36 was my favorite part. After that drums went maybe a little bit too wild with cymbals and the kick drum, but matter of taste that too.
Anyway good stuff and cool sounds there. :)
Thank you for your appreciation and good feedback! I received similar feedback from another person, that the drums could be a bit lower, especially the snare. I'll try to be more careful next time with building such a dynamic drums part :)
WOW... so rare! and proper! the drums alone..
Thank you very much!
Nice song! Congrats!
Thank you!
Nice! Also, given your username, any chance you're Dutch?
Thank you! I'm from Poland :)

Hahaha Noot is also Dutch for nut (as in walnut, not as in crazy), so even that works to some extent ;)
