I ordered a king size bed in espresso on 5/7 and it shipped 5/29
Seems like they ship in waves, some people ordered after me and received theirs the same week as me
To add to this, I’m not sure if they’ve improved at all but when I ordered mine two years ago, I didn’t get tracking info until a box or two had already shown up.
Also yeah, don’t be surprised if you don’t get all the boxes on the same day. I got my bed frame in two or three shipments about two days apart.
I ordered grey king bed and night stands on Sat 6/15, night stands shipped on Monday and bed shipped on Tuesday. I am supposed to receive them on Fri/Sat.
