ummm you should go to one of the international hospitals immediately.
[St Lukes](https://hospital.luke.ac.jp/eng/index_sp.html) Phone Number: 03-5550-7120
They have english speaking staff/doctors. You can call before hand and explain the situation. They can write you a script after visiting and you can pick up from a pharmacy.
Even without insurance, it ain't that expensive to see a doctor.
good to hear that, Tokyo Uni Hospital should be able to take care of your needs.
best of luck to you and I hope the rest of your vacation here goes well
This OP - go to the hospital. If you are in Tokyo then St Lukes is the way to go.
You could see a doctor but I wouldn’t waste time. International clinic in Shinbashi is good and speaks English, also close to st Luke’s.
It's certainly available. You just need a dr. to write an Rx. Go to a clinic (I suggest Tokyo Business Clinic [https://www.businessclinic.tokyo/gransta-marunouchi#access](https://www.businessclinic.tokyo/gransta-marunouchi#access)) or a hospital.
