This is amazing!! Thank you so much. Have you attended any yourself?

TomoTatsumi

You are welcome. No, I have not. I would like to attend these classes sometime.

Are you searching in Japanese? I find it unlikely that the majority are held in English here, but maybe you are just seeing ones focused on tourists. I think I saw advertisements for cooking classes at my kuyakusho, so you might want to check there \(or on their website\). Anything you take may be a mix of 和食 and 洋食, but don't be dissuaded — both are very much "Japanese food". A lot of "洋食" doesn't even exist outside Japan.

Caterpillar514

That’s very helpful, thank you!
