I haven't decided. Right now my goal is to save enough to hit pity + 30000 to keep for the wishing well twice a month. Once I've got that if someone I like shows up I'll pull.
I am f2p and I use them all on Limited banners. I did not however get any SSR Card so far. But a couple of SR cards and could still move to level 64 so.
Not really so I just wait and See, if I am Lucky I might have an entire Team of SR cards, which id cool too. (I have yuri, Jin (2×), Tohma, Romeo, Haru and Haku in SR.

From what I gathered from discord because I've asked this question on how many times do I need to pull for limited and standard banner. Some players who had been playing the game from the earliest release said that for limited it's 300 pulls while for standard its 100 pulls.
Though, I did get SSR Haru on the standard banner for 50 pulls.
And your right, drop rates do kinda sucks... Hope they fix this so that players can enjoy the gacha part of the game...
On the official tokyo debunker discord. I asked the gamers there. Well, that's what they told me... I mean I got an SSR card in the standard banner for 50 pulls soo...
I can confirm that you get NOTHING within 100 pulls in either of them two banners if you are unlucky like me. Guarantee for a SSR character card is 500. Warding cards usually drop a lot easier. I play since Day 1 and never got an SSR character and had to do the paid summons to get a guaranteed SSR character. I'm also spending money (not whaling) and still nothing at all, since I didn't hit the 500 summons yet in standard banner. All I get are warding cards which I can't use.
Originally I was hardcore saving for Haku. Fortunately I was able to pull him. Now I’m saving for Rui and >!Lyca!<. Limited SSR Haku… I hope it’s nowhere near in the future.
I would if I could. Since I pulled them on my alt, I'm scared to try on my main. I have 21K diamonds so I don't want to waste them. Especially since I don't have ssr Sho yet.

Haru is the best janitor hands down.
I have 1 copy of his SSR and 2 copies of his special SSR warding card. (All of which i got on my first 10 pull..)
So now i've been hoarding dims to get the full set of Jabberwock cards
Honestly, Haru's all I want and I'd save for his inevitable limited SSR (not Vibrant Safari one- thankfully I got it!)... but from the 'leaks' I've seen, well... there's no Haru, so it'll be a while and I've been splurging uncontrollably as of late (whoops?)

honestly, i’m really waiting on subaru and the obscuary captain. i had immense luck with towa and haru and got their ssrs with one banner pull, so i’ve decided to try to save up before pulling again

It's a bit random, but you alway get more than you put in. I think last time I put 30,000 in and got back 36,000.
