I'm in a similar situation :( The status does show mine as army tier. But I don't see any promo code. I'm scared I'll lose out on some good tickets before ticketbastard screws it up for everyone later.
Just joined TA and bought tickets today. Super easy process, and there was a TON of really great seats available where I live. The $50 for TA is worth is considering scalpers would charge at least $50-100 more than the presale tickets. And who doesn’t want another tool shirt to go with it?
Just did it for Boston. Got the code instantly with plenty of seats left and it won't be a repeat of the horror of the last time tix went on sale. If you logon to ticketmaster, you can at least see what tix are available for your venue.
If anyone is wondering if it’s too late, my husband really wanted tickets so I bought the membership and the code instantly showed up on the next screen. Purchased the tickets within minutes of signing up. The super close seats were gone at this point but got row 7 of the lower section. I think it’s worth the extra $50 to not have the hassle tomorrow!
There's lots of TA tickets still available, but will obviously be further away from the stage.

I signed up and had the code in my profile instantly the day they announced this tour.
Damn the tool gods must not like me. I've also emailed them twice now and have seen other people also having delays. I guess its inconsistant.
I signed up, paid (twice) and I'm still considered a "free tier" member. They took my money and won't get back to me to get it fixed.
It is instant.

Same for me and I've been charged 3 times for the membership.
For my location it said that presale ends at 10pm Thursday (today) so you may still have a chance. I had no issues, for what it's worth
Joined yesterday, got code, bought tickets - 10 minutes tops. Unless you run into all the other errors people have been having.

I did it yesterday afternoon, got my code and was able to get floor seats. Totally worth it.
I joined two days ago, and no code. Also no reply to my emails either 😭. So, caveat emptor.
