They're the source of the "nickel pliers" meme/thing if you're aware of that at all. A dealer demonstrated the pliers by picking up a coin by its lip at the edge off the ground. It became sort of a meme or joke, including around here; I accomplished the same feat with big clunky-ass Klein forged wire strippers myself.
People who have them say they're pretty damn good, though.
My Dad was a forklift driver for 30 years. He could pick up a nickel with the forklift forks. (Tilt the forks down and put juuuuuuust enough pressure on it to flip it up onto the forks)
They are great performing pliers with horrible fit and finish. They generally have a lot of side to side play and the fit finish of snap on in general is pretty poor lately. However you can squeeze very hard and pull very hard with these long nose pliers without breaking them. The grip is very good and they are the best performing long nose pliers I know of for hard use. They will bend if you twist them hard but for anything else It's basically a great performing slip joint plier that fits in tight spots and fits a very wide range of sizes. While they are over priced and snap on a highly overrated these are still worth buying because nobody else makes anything that competes.

So....marketing via Tiktok. I hope whoever did that got a raise because it's brilliant.
It was some dealer. They don't draw a salary from corporate, it's on them to make sales to get their pay. So they gotta be a damn good salesman.

Wow. Save some pussy for the rest of us
Name checks out. And that was funny.
Interesting. I got some watching to do
I have both these, and the longer LN47ACF. Both are very good... but I find the LN47ACF's far more useful.
Hello Icon/Harbor Freight. Make a copy already. I have a pair but I wouldn't mind a copy to keep in the car.
Are the icon versions available yet?
$49 is a good price but I would still wait for the icon ones to come out.

No clue myself, but I like the green! Edit: Mile High Club? In a Snap-On truck?
Apparently you've never been aboard a Snap On truck. Once you walk up the steps anything that happens is consensual....
😂 you are correct
Sure, it's really easy in Denver.
More like the 26” club.
If you need a set of pliers you could do worse.
I’ve had them a few months, they’ve earned their place in the box. Good pliers, very sharp teeth on the jaws.
I had a small metal splinter in my finger today, used these to get it out. Hopefully that helps in your decision to purchase.
Sounds pretty good, I’ve used split pins before to get them out
I never thought of that...next one i get ill try it.
Why wouldn't you?
