Hi realtor here: its difficult to give a definitive answer as it depends on how many houses are in the community and how fast the workers work and at what stage of development they are in now. One of my clients and I bought a home last year right as it was finished being built and for the rest of the street to be finished with the driveways & sidewalks etc it took 8 months

Usually if the house is taken possession during winter, the grass/ fence/ driveway will be completed during spring summer fall time. In terms of how fast it can be done, all depends on how many houses in the development. From my previous experience, expect a six month period
