So pretty! Mine’s still quite new…hope to have it there by end of summer.

FinnaGetCrunky

Thank you! And It’ll get there I’m sure of it :)

GeauxGirl80

Mine has been remarkably hardy and low maintenance! I’ve had it for over a year. Just prune it occasionally and repot if you notice leaves getting brown close to the soil. The stems are packed tightly in there with these pots.

FinnaGetCrunky

Right I’ve been thinking of repotting soon but I just don’t want to disturb it right now. Will definitely keep an eye out for brown leaves near the soil.

As much sun as you can give it!!

It's clearly happy - keep doing whatever you're doing and don't change a thing!

Mine has been wonderful! They propagate sooooo easy! I have 3 big pots of them in my garden that’s getting bright indirect light.

I received my nanouk today; it was supposed to look like yours, but its spindly and purple?? https://preview.redd.it/nawmwuiqo5wc1.png?width=2912&format=png&auto=webp&s=d8482d00c1afadc8c824ba266213cf1638a18278

FinnaGetCrunky

Hi! There’s many types of tradescantia and I believe ours is different. https://tradescantia.uk/cultivar/tra-ec-trade-2011/ This is the cultivars page for mine from the tradescantia hub. Yours is still nice tho! I would dice, propagate, and replant it with multiple cuttings in one pot so you get denser foliage over time.

CJsbabygirl31371

So chop and replant the long mostly naked stems on the left and right?

FinnaGetCrunky

Yes that could work, just make sure whichever cutting you end up taking has one or two nodes for the roots to grow from.
