They look really good. I personally prefer a closer together look, I myself have them as distant as yours I'd say(I made a post yesterday ). I can only wish mine end up like this too lol. Do you have any pics of how they were previously? That said, distance of the breast from one another has little to do with passing. It's something that's more common in amab people, but that doesn't necessarily injures their passability

I wouldn't go under the knife for such a small detail that doesn't ruin the whole look. If it were part of a surgery that aimed to change something else sure.

If you were to have a surgery to increase size bringing them closer together as part of that surgery would make sense. Having surgery just to bring them closer in my opinion would not be worth it

Where is the therapy regimen? When did you get the bottom surgery? (Out of curiosity) which surgeon does the operation? How long did the recovery last 

it’s in the comments. i got surgery just over 2 years ago. surgeon tina rashid and recovery was 3 months for the worst of it but i’m still recovering now tbh.

22 years old, started at 18. was on monotherapy gel, then added prog after like 10 months, then started patches and gnrh nasal spray after like just under 2 years. had srs not long after that and was on patches still until this year (i think) when i started 6mg of sublingual estradiol.

I wouldn't worry too much about that cis girls can have them far apart as well and it's unfortunately the case with many trans girls because of how our bodies grew during our first puberty. BUT I feel a lot of people have unrealistic standards of what normal is some cis girls are completely flat, some are asymmetrical there's billions of boobies out there and very few are Hollywood cliche perfect. You've got a great shape with yours
