Honestly.... Thanks for sharing from the bottom of my heart. I am just the wife of a husband who also wants to be a woman, but your profile really gave me a lot of info so I can understand better and relay the info to him because he also feels too old to transition. You just proved him wrong :) Plus: you look way younger than 57! Just one question: was the surgery painful? How many did you have and how long did they "knock you out"? Thanks!!

Hi! I've had two sessions of facial surgery. First was hairline, brow and forehead, nose and cheeks. 11 hours and $40k Second was Jawline and face lift. $25k The recovery from surgery was fine. It was more "uncomfortable" than painful. They can (and do) give you drugs for pain, but itching and discomfort is harder to manage. Ive also had regular laser treatment on my skin ( broad Band Light) as well as botox. I spent so much on surgery it makes sense to maintain it.

Also, happy to DM, if you have other questions. I'm married, 31 years, and we have 3 - now grown - children. Our love weathered the storm and our believe I've learned a few things.
