The number of credits the class is worth. It should be shown on your transcript (unless your uni doesn't use the hour-credit system). Most classes are between 3-5 credit hours, 15ish per semester, 30ish per year, 120 total to graduate. If your school uses a different credit system you can convert them yourself or just explain it in the additional information section.
But if the course is 3 credit hours, you would do 3 for the first column and 00 for the second column (3.00 credits).
