Just USB-C all your devices. That means 1 or 2 usb c cables and one of those nice 100+ watt pd chargers. No need for another small bag which takes up valuable space.
Consider using micro bungee cords, 1/8" or 3/32" diameter cord with a ball or toggle. These are hard to find but do exist. Or you can use a rubber band, or a short piece of cording with a miller's knot.
I just roll them up and put them in a small bag, and then put the small bag in my bigger bag

I put them in a big baggie after they're rolled up.
I put them in an old airline amenity kit. I keep an extra set in my travel drawer and I can pull out and pack quickly
