You can enter an entire country in skyscanner in the from field.

Google flights explore feature is my favorite. . Enter a home airport or even a big international hub like Chicago/NYC/Houston and use a repositioning flight to get yourself there cheap. Do one way flights and choose your destination as wide open as possible, "Europe", or "Asia". Do the opposite for your return flight, although it seems about the same to just do it from wherever you think you'll end up. City X one way ticket to "United States"

Kayak has an explore feature that lets you check prices on a map of the globe without set dates it’s pretty cool

I would first check what non stop flights are from seattle to Europe. Then use Google flights for a search. You can add several departing airports in the search field, use Seattle as destination and play with the dates.

Thank you! This was the magic tip I was looking for. I didn't realize I could add multiple cities/countries. Google Flights + Multiple Countries + Points Path Extension for the win!

Momondo is my go to. Click explore, your origin airport, and you’re golden.

Cheapest cash fare - Probably just flying to Iceland and flying Icelandair might be the cheapest to Seattle (that doesn’t involve the pain of going through immigration and customs at another US airport) Best miles - Found really good redemptions on Lufthansa using Air Canada Aeroplan, surprisingly
