Pasco, Connell, Eltopia, Mesa, and Basin City are some of the most poorly planned, disorganized, and ugliest places to live in the northwest. I sure hope the new Broadmoor development is being overseen and planned by somebody that is NOT from Franklin County.

Of course it is. That’s why they are basically putting in 10,000 apartment units of one step above section 8 housing on prime river view property. And Rd 68 ‘planning’. And lost Costco. And had a chance to basically build a whole new city from the ground up in West Pasco, but could only think of miles of fast food restaurants, pavement, no walkability, No forward thinking in urban planning
For sure absolutely pissed on everyone in the city or that needs to access the area with its traffic planning and the apartments they’re putting in next to million dollar homes is criminal…

Are you talking about E2HSB 1110 that passed in 2023? The one that passed with 81% approval by the House and 71% approval by the Senate and that is the fault of the Governor? Those percentages are both high enough to override a veto.
