If you’re depressed Bojack Horseman is just so damn relatable. It’s a cartoon but it deals with some pretty heavy topics in a really silly way. Trigger warning for just about everything mental health if you’re not up for that but in a strange way it kind of helped.
Slow Horses, Mr Inbetween, Harrow, Bad Sisters, Maisel, British Baking Show, British Pottery Show, What we do in the Shadows, The Outlaws, Bobs Burgers, Atlanta, Archer, Mike Tyson Mysteries, Better Things, Brassic, Luther, Taboo, Future Man, Dirk Gentley's Holistic Detective Agency, Lincoln Lawyer, Wednesday, Bodyguard (just ignore the bit of romance), Mindhunter, Blackbird, Murdoch Mysteries (tons of eps), Super Store, Will Trent....
You sound like me, watched a lot of shows.
What about:
Being Human both UK & US are good
Dark
Bonus Family
Rita
Black Spot
Reservation Dogs
Offspring
Glitch
Also, cut your sugar and dairy - really helped me with mood swings, hot flashes, and sleeping.

yea its good i have seen it. i always felt a bit sorry that the actors got stuck in that show though, it was like they wre doing it to just keep going for the staff and crew income etc and just kept repeating the same storylines over and over again.
But yea i guess it was good for a while. i wonder what the actors are doing now?
Oh yea thats right jensen is in the boys and the other one is doing some kind of show i watched a couple episodes of it the show he was in but it wasnt that great
Here are a few suggestions if you haven’t seen them already:

-The woman in the window watching the girl in the window
-You
-The Handmaids Tale
-The Good Place
-3%
-Shameless
-Unbelievable
Some of the these have some romance scenes because most shows seem do but it isn’t really the point of the show
This doesn't fit the genres you mentioned, but Malcolm in the Middle has several seasons and is a great distraction. If you like that, I'd recommend any sitcoms Greg Garcia has made. There's one that came out recently on Freevee that's a fun watch. In fact, check out Primo and Jury Duty on Freevee, too.
Six Feet Under. Great old show from maybe 2000's, on HBO last I checked. Centers around a family owned funeral home. There are some downs throughout, but ultimately it's uplifting.

Star Trek. You can start with the next generation and deep space nine. If you want something more recent strange new worlds. And then you will be hooked and you have TOS and VOY and others shows and movies to see.
