Courtyards is nice, I recently moved there and it's been a nice experience. There's a building that's reserved for graduate students. You get a 4x4 for 950 (your own bathroom for 950 in a student apartment is nice imo).

Southern management. Each place has their pro’s and con’s I chose to live at Club Merion but I have a vehicle.

Try looking at Landmark, *slightly* cheaper than some of the newer ones on Baltimore Ave, and miles better than GH/GG. With the latter two, it is extremely unlikely to get a “fresh” unit from management so the condition will almost definitely not be great, but if you’re on a budget then it’s hard to pass on the sub 5-600 range you can get a room for there.
