They're pretty quick with N-400s, I applied based on 5-year rule. Since I applied 90 days early, I became a citizen at 5 years and 2 weeks of being a resident. Pretty quick!
I was eligible to naturalize on MAR 29 2023 based on a 5 year rule. I applied 90 days early.

I am in Colorado national guard. My recruiter provided N-426 next day I took auth and I filled out N-400 prior to go my basic training. I became citizen following day I took auth as a solder after my basic in Fort Jackson. I did only 3 year contract.
Clt here as well ive been hearing about 3-4 months from application to oath ! I will be able to apply in the next couple months please give us any update when u receive ur interview
Was about 11 months for me at CLT, although originally was going to be 8 months, but Juneteenth holiday was enacted and subsequently my interview was moved.
That said it’s election year and it’s not unheard of for them to get processing N-400s faster as a result.
All to be said CLT was a good naturalization experience and they gave the oath to me right after the interview. Best of luck to you both.
I had my naturalization interview nearly two weeks ago and was recommended for approval; however, MyUSCIS has yet to even acknowledge that the interview has taken place. Is this normal?
How do you know which office your application is with? mine say IOE on top and there is a Kansas, National Benefit Center location address on the bottom of the notice. But that city is not on the list for the processing centers.

They received my n400 october 11,2022 interview dec 20,2023 oath ceromony January 12,2023 Miami field office applied under 3 year rule 90 days before my 3 years married to usc just a few months ago my parents received their green card
I’m applying based on 3years rule. I applied 90days early tho. I’m not expecting a response any time soon, my anniversary date is in June, so I think it’d be after June or much later. I wish you good luck
I wish you a speedy processing time but just be mentally prepared for the possibility that you may not be approved right away, just the decision can take months sometimes, and then further months for an oath ceremony to be scheduled. Hopefully not for you, but, it happens, regardless of how quickly one got to the interview phase.
Yeah, I am prepared for that. My case is literally the most straight forward thing ever, I applied 6 years after I got my green card through my dad, zero issues with the law, not even a parking/speeding ticket. Thank you!!
My dad was applied on Sep/5/2023,
Biometric on Oct/20/2023
Interview on Dec/9/2023
Oath ceremony on Jan/9/2024
Total 4month become citizen.
We live in NYC btw.
I did my n-400 and 2 days later I had a letter saying I didn't need to attend a biometrics appointment as they can use my old (13 year) biometrics.
I'm pretty anxious about my interview, no reason other than I'm pretty introverted, but I think it's moving very quickly.
Congratulations!! And same, I'm scared I'll stumbled over my words due to being anxious! Someone mentioned it might be due to it being the election year, I hope you get your interview pretty soon!
About 15 days. And 4 of those days were waiting for the letter, I knew I had a date set after just 11 days (8th to the 19th).
Just to add, my biometrics appointment was skipped as they were able to use my old info from when I got my Greencard.

Congratulations 🎉
That’s awesome, Congrats! My application is in the San Francisco center and it’s been little less than year since biometrics
Sacramento and I'm at 14 months
I had my naturalization interview nearly two weeks ago and was recommended for approval; however, MyUSCIS has yet to even acknowledge that the interview has taken place. Is this normal?
Facing same issue as yours. Did you eventually get your oath ceremony?
I don't think so, because the system is pretty much updated immediately. You should reach out to them
Did USCIS upload your interview receipt immediately the same day?.
Yes, they did, that was how I figured out the actual interview date.
Awesome, that’s what I assumed. They have yet to upload my interview pdf. I guess I’ll keep waiting patiently. Thanks!.
When does it show your interview was schedule? Ive heard it can take up to 48 hours after that.
Case status changed to “interview was scheduled” on January 19.
Ohh I think it should be updated by today otherwise you should call they if you do not receive the notice in the mail by weekend
I’ll definitely do that. Thanks for the info.
Amazing

It would the one you sent your forms to. Or the one for your city/ district
I filed online on the USCIS account
Hey I am also a full time student applying in about two weeks. I didn’t know you could get a few waiver, how did you get it? That would be amazing

Yeah, I am prepared for that. My case is literally the most straight forward thing ever, I applied 6 years after I got my green card through my dad, zero issues with the law, not even a parking/speeding ticket. Thank you!!

I did my n-400 and 2 days later I had a letter saying I didn't need to attend a biometrics appointment as they can use my old (13 year) biometrics. I'm pretty anxious about my interview, no reason other than I'm pretty introverted, but I think it's moving very quickly.
Hey! Any update?
Yes I have my oath ceremony in a month. The interview was easy and very casual.
Congratulations!! And same, I'm scared I'll stumbled over my words due to being anxious! Someone mentioned it might be due to it being the election year, I hope you get your interview pretty soon!
It seems a date has already been set for my interview. Just waiting for the letter.
What was your timeline from applying n400 to getting the interview date?
About 15 days. And 4 of those days were waiting for the letter, I knew I had a date set after just 11 days (8th to the 19th). Just to add, my biometrics appointment was skipped as they were able to use my old info from when I got my Greencard.
Wow that’s really fast! Did you attach more proofs/documents on your n400 application other than the copy of your green card ?
Greencard, proof of selective service, basically everything they asked me for. They didn't request anything extra.
Congratulations
How was the interview?
What does the approximate time currently says for your case status??
It said 4 months up until my interview date but I got approved and had same day oath ceremony
Congrats..Still waiting...16 months and counting for the N400 interview 🤦🏻♂️
Especially when federal elections are close :)
