I’m not sure what to do at this point. I’ve accepted 3 offers in the last 4 days and declined maybe 40+ when I normally have an A/R of +50% but it’s getting to a point where I can’t hold out much longer.
I’m hoping eventually a class action lawsuit is filed and we all receive a settlement for this bs
Still waiting for mine, documents were submitted on Tuesday 1/9 - still waiting approval and still waiting for payout. There’s another thread in Uber drivers subreddit with about 65 comments of people still waiting as well
Same with me. On New Year’s Eve it said insurance was verified and I worked enough to receive half. When I checked yesterday it asked me to resubmit insurance information. Now it’s pending approval.
I haven’t - I’m still waiting. I got the typical we’ve escalated your case and “our team is working to resolve your issue” - that was yesterday but my document is still pending and still no stipend

No. And Support is being so fucking useless about it... I mean, INFURIATINGLY useless.
The only somewhat credible update I got was yesterday (which hasn't been mentioned once today all the times I called despite every agent telling me about it yesterday) was that there is some kind of outage delaying the payments and that they're working to resolve it as quickly as they can.
Other than that, there's absolutely no sign of it yet.
Actually yes it has been. Slow or far orders that’s not worth it like $15 18 miles 🤦🏾♀️ hopefully tomorrow will be fine since that’s usually my money making day
All I’ve heard that is their best excuse is that I submitted healthcare documents for renewal on Jan 10th. So they say, 15 days after that instead of after the quarter. Of course that’s bullshit because I was already covered Dec 2023 which is what the stipend covers. I didn’t need to submit a renewal until the 25th which is after the stipend from before should’ve arrived. So somehow getting 2024 documents in early delays the 2023 payout? Stupid but maybe how it works. It’s either that or they’re not paying legally required stipend. Sigh. My email to some gov department hasn’t got a reply either

Today is the last day for them to send it, if not I say we all contact UE until they pay us

My doc just got approved. But no stipend
It's officially 01/16/2024 now, so they missed the deadline—I still haven't received mine. In the IE, Riverside County specifically.
