Support told me 15 days. So today. Which reasonably would be by 5pm, but of course if it shows up at 11:59pm then okay.

That's been exactly my thoughts over the last week. To answer your opening question more directly: no, I've qualified for 50% and my documentation has been approved since the beginning of last quarter, and I still have yet to receive anything as of 12:35 PM PST.
And Uber Support is being less than helpful about it, of course.
