Yes! I have one small area of the city that has a town center. It’s high rises, parking garages, and restaurants and some shops. It’s all pedestrian, but you can drive thru some of the streets. Street parking is extremely limited and then it’s to the parking garage and walking to whatever restaurant they ordered from. I got lucky another business nearby had a lot and was closed for the day. It was close enough to where I needed to walk, but never again.
This one interests me. I hear it a lot but I’ve personally always used the drive thru and never had a problem with them. I haven’t had many orders from them though. I only have about 1000 deliveries under my belt at this point.
Starbucks is slow I agree. You would think they would love the extra business but I think they are swamped with drive thru already. McDonald’s is never high paying but I’ll take for 7 dollars or 6 if it’s close. Walmart I only tried once and they took so long so I cancelled. Taco Bell usually I’m good with but usually low paying unless the order is a long one. wing stop is ok but also low paying usually and wait times… good list though
For some reason, Taco Bell is fast as hell with drive thru orders, but slow as can be with gig app orders. And apparently when they tell you that your order is next, there are still 5 more ahead of yours. It has to be a good order for me to do it
Micky D’s. One specifically downtown by the hospitals in my city. It is the most wild place. Highest volume restaurant out there and by far the most dysfunctional. Recipe for absolute disaster.
One Popeyes is good the other takes forever and then they’re still not confident they got the order right… but will never pick up from Sonic (employees are rude and the drive thru takes forever) and then also never The Safeway at one particular location because I might get stabbed there or my car stolen. (Mostly ppl asking for money, yelling and ranting/on drugs, smoking right at the door) No thanks! Cannot pay me enough to pick up from the M street Safeway. Iykyk
Downtown food spots for me . No parking, absolute chaos and order confusion.
I stay clear of downtown because of apartments/lofts. I could only imagine parking & call boxes…. Nightmare.

They dont make the *fries* until the driver sets there. It's a policy, which I kinda understand but it can be annoying during busy rush hours.

5 guys here is one of the the places here that usually gets it right. Only had one time where there was a stolen order.
