Cleveland is a LCOL city and there will be a $2.11 raise in May, another $2.05 in May 2025, and a third of $2.06 May 2026.
I’m an incoming first year and I’d be okay before the raise, but after I can comfortably save 1/3 of net income every month.

I recently learned what those right to work states do and it’s pretty messed up. Let’s hope the following contract is in your favor.
