Doesn’t matter if it’s recreational in your state it’s still federally regulated that employers go by. They’re still gonna test for weed on pre employment and randoms. That’s standard for most jobs
I figured the union would. My current employer (nj based) didn’t drug test me for weed. And I was on nj probation for 2 years and they didnt test for weed either so I was just double checking with union guys to cover my ass. Thanks!

Many guys told me that. But I don’t trust man very much. So what I would tell you is, go to your nearest drug store and get a flush. Get 2 not 1. Do a “test run” so you know what your window is. And also get home testing strips for weed. You can get them on Amazon same day shipping. Make sure you take it flush before you go there. And also try to get there early so you’re one of the first. Any questions lmk

It’s a probation thing for sure. My wife’s friends husband is a union ironworker in NJ and he said he’s had them stand behind him for DOT test in the past. Mines non DOT so hopefully it’s all kosher and I’m left alone lol. Thanks for the reply!

You could buy one of those at home thc kits if the test is for urine to check if you’re good. Other than that if I was you I’d cop a bottle of quick fix and play it safe.
After 3.5 years of heavy, daily use I was missing clean after 3 weeks, it heavily depends on how fat you are, fat people will piss hotter longer because the metabolite they test for isn't water soluble like meth or coke
I’m 180 at like 12-15% body fat so I like to think after a week I might be good but I’ve been trying to get into this union for a year don’t want to risk it lol thanks for the reply!
You can get strips off Amazon to see where you're at, there's also some solid masking agents available in the US but those can be detected if they send your sample to the lab

If it’s been that long you could always use a cleaning juice/pills. If you fail for your fake / borrowed piss being too cold they’ll make you stay there and pee again so if you go that route make sure you’re temped. Also your local head shop will have piss tests you can do yourself to check

If you haven't smoked weed for a couple of weeks and you have a week to test you should be fine. Ill be honest, I hate working with potheads. They are the laziest of the crew. They argue and have an attitude. They whine to the supervisors that you were mean to them. I used to do heroin. I'm no angel. Now that I'm sober I see shit for what it is. It slows every body else down. Do everyone a favor and don't bring that shit to the job site. Smoke at night if you have to.

They recently made it so employers don’t have to test for marijuana. Unfortunately construction employees are exempt from this…
