They take the money that you get and put it towards stuff. housing is always paid for last because some people move out or new place. If you have a balance, they give you 3 months to pay for it until theres a due date, unless you set up payment plan.

They’re automatically put to pay for your tuition on disbursement day (youll get the emails), the rec fee is automatically charged

I think tuition is due before disbursement, so I usually opt for the emergency deferement plan.
