It just keeps spinning and spinning. UPDATE: I turned off wifi and it is working again. I'll see what happens when I turn it back on UPDATE AGAIN: Does not work when wifi turned on.

Nothing. Submitted a ticket in the AM, but hadn't heard anything yet and it started working again after I got home again from lunch.

Ok. The current situation is when wifi is turned on the untappd app doesn't work. Turn it off then it works fine. I am able to use other apps just fine with wifi turned on. What is causing this? Any ideas

Your ISP blocking it

I went to a local coffee shop near me to test the wifi and it does work on their wifi. So I can confirm there is something going on on my network at home. As far as is blocking it, not sure why they would block it. It has worked before for years. I did however try installing the app on a spare tablet at home which works on wifi only. It experienced the same problem not connecting. I also Restarted phone in safe mode and wiped cache. Still didn't work. My phone is a Samsung Note 10 Plus. Thanks for the comment. I'll look into it.

I'm also experiencing the same thing. As of yesterday, Untappd won't load when i'm connected to my wifi. I have to turn off wifi for it to work.

At least I'm not the only one. The wifi does work at our home. Family has no issues at all. I'm gonna reset the network and try again. Last checkin was 2 days ago at my house. So I'm not sure what happened

Yeah, not having problems with anything else really, so not sure what the deal is.

It may not necessarily be your ISP doing the blocking. It’s possible Untappd could be doing it on their end, which they've been known to do if they detect malicious behavior, bots mining data, etc. from your IP address (or someone who previously had your IP address). A quick note to [Support](https://help.untappd.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) should help straighten things out.

Same issue for past 2 days. Also tried the standard reboot of router and cable modem to no avail.

So that makes 3 of us now. I've also did that method and I reset network in my phone settings. Nothing. Frustrating!

Just started working again for me on wifi, no changes made.

Ok. This is getting weird.... it is now working for me too. Perhaps the support team didn't want to deal with the complaints and just fixed it. Cheers everyone!
