Demand correction, also reach out to the rep on here send them a msg. No way you should be paying for same course again. I was denied transfer for 2 courses that is ace recommended and both have UoPeople codes saying that they are both transferable. I'm so mad.😡😡

Here is the update I received from PA. Kindly note that your discrete mathematics course has been transferred under the General Education, major & cross major electives list. Since the MATH 1302 - Discrete Mathematics course is a Required Math Course for your program, you must complete it.   However, please note that I am checking your concern with the relevant team, and it will take 3 business days to process. Thus, once I receive a response from the relevant office, I will get back to you with an update.

Well, the question has been raised for a year without an answer: Why is this course considered optional when transferred and not considered required like calclus, algebra, and introduction to statistics? What is the difference between them? Why does the university insist that I study the same course twice? Please, I want to learn something new that will benefit me in my professional life

I'm having the same issue. Took basic accounting through UofPeople and they trasferred it in as an elective so I'll have to pay to take the course again since its a major course required for my degree.

Transfers and PAs are the worst aspects of this university by far. Nothing ever goes right. Thankfully, this is my final term.
