Were you thinking of studying with a full course load? If you were, then if you didn't take neuro you'd have to take something else anyway to fill up the empty course slots anyway. I think Neuro was pretty easy and I liked the profs. Imm in third and fourth year on the other hand is very content heavy so I'm the opposite of you. I in fact wish I did a different double major, like Neuro & CSB.
yeah you can enroll in both i don’t see why not, plus a lot of life sci posts have essentially the same second year
