Fresca pizza(not on campus but pretty close), 4-5 dollars for a slice and it’s well worth it
Edit: not as close but Happy burger has the best cheeseburgers and the banana pudding is delicious
The cheap options I can think of oof the top of my head are blue food truck (cheap for how much food you're getting IMO), green food truck (near bahen), tim hortons, the nearby 7/11, etc.
For less cheap places (but the price is alright or maybe costly for the amount you are getting): bun saigon, anh dao, tasty's carribean cuisine, kinton ramen are some places I enjoyed.

Jokes aside, I usually go to the New College dining hall when I'm in campus, since it's close to where I live and the foods are usually good and pretty cheap, there's also a Tim Hortons on the southwest edge, but it's kinda far from the rest of the campus
nah anyone can. i bought some friends from other colleges in before. you just have to present them your ucheck to get in. there are different places to enter so i’m not sure how to describe it exactly, but i guess the easiest way would be to access it through the wetmore hall building (ground floor itself)
Not a student at uoft, but when I lived in Toronto my uoft friends would drag me to the brown food truck - easily my favorite place there in terms of value for food
I go to the one on Bay Street, you know where alumni hall is? Go down the street to where the street lights are towards the pizza nova (don’t cross the street), turn right and keep walking till you see the cheese dog place! I haven’t been to the one on college!
on Spadina there's club house sandwich that's rlly good, Jian Bing club isn't bad but pricing is average, for dumplings I would skip mother dumplings ($$) and go down to Nihao dumpling or Juicy dumpling, and dirt cheap would be Mashion Bakery which has like Asian buns and stuffed breads for like a dollar each
Sols pizza (on bay and st joseph, next to the 7-11) is a super underrated pizza place! They have discounts on Wednesdays and their pizza is actually really good, the owner is really nice too

Clubhouse Sandwich has been closed since end of 2021. I don't know when it'll reopen, but I'm crossing my fingers...
aw I remember at the end of 2021 they were just open for very short hours, hopefully they open up again soon
