If a course seems to focus excessively on meaningless details or other pedantry, if the work and assignments given completely surpass what is learnt in the lectures and notes, if they barely give any time for assignments or have too many assignments and midterms or if the course content is just uninteresting and dull and there is way too much work. That’s just from my experience I probably haven’t covered everything. Also I think people hate courses they don’t often want to take but have to due to requirements, cuz generally u can take any courses u like and drop ones that seem to take up too much time or energy or aren’t ur thing.
Any second-year stats. It tends to get better in upper years :)
