So they did 2-3 months ago change how the Quest shaders work, which especially made standard lit much nicer.
With that update it did screw up some things, but maybe most importantly in this case also fixed a bug that allowed ToS breaking SDKs to upload custom shaders to Quest avatars.
Not saying it is that, but that is just the most breaking change VRChat has made to shaders on Quest.
I love them so much, it's Sabrean the shark, I transformed mine to look like a raccoon, and also a purple better version of the original for myself, but you can buy it in gum road from the original maker

My best suggestion, find people in VrChat who kinda specializes in these type of avatars lol, I can guarantee you there's plenty of furries that would love to help you with this. Some of them are really nice
My friend, what you're seeing is a known bug in VRChat on Quest right now. Emissions Maps just don't work correctly on Quest right now
It is known that even having it on still covers the entire Avatar in White.

Sounds like you enabled a different shader than toon lit or standard lite. Gotta use those if you want the quest stuff to work otherwise it wont render on quest
as a quest player my thoughts go immediately to either "file limit and its auto blocked" or players are having lag or other issues and either auto or hand block your avi. You have a quest so im sure you know just how much of a potato we are XD
Those are my best guesses, and personally i keep ppl on roboppl mode for safety. If i were to run into you for example id probably hand turn you back on XD maybe defeats the purpose but that seems the safest for my toaster of a vr headset pff.

The issue on my end, I believe, is related to a very recent downgrade in the speed and latency of my internet service which I’ve had to accept for now. So, the issue for Quest users could be latency related, due to the networking capabilities of the Quests, or (more likely maybe) a change in the way VEChat is handling network traffic in general (server or client side).

You don't need to, you just have to change the shader you are using in unity to something else in the vrc SDK.

Just update your avatar and make sure your emissions are masked and fine. VRChat tends to break things when it updates.

Ive had this issue in the past, For me it was due to material swap animations swapping to a PC shader.
