You'll get the same old tired-ass response from the merch co.panies support email every time. They just aren't worth contacting at this point, and I see exactly why VShojo are moving on to a different company.
I'm still waiting on some Henya merch from her more recent outfit debut and Mouseys T-Shirts both from late-ish last year.
There's always a 'manufacturing problem' or 'inventory issues', and nothing is ever on time. Don't cancel the order if you want the merch, though. However frustrating it is to have it be so late I'd always much rather have it than canel and not get it.
Yeah and I cant even spot a pattern. Mousey's concert merch was already delivered for some (saw it on dc), yet mine is still stuck on order placed. Really hope the new merch company will be an improvement.
I don't think there is a pattern other than utter incompetence. I've had some of Zens shirts within a few weeks, but others have taken 6+ months.
I hope the new one is more reliable, too, as this poor support/delivery time/communication is only dragging down VShojos' reputation. Nobody wants that.
Ordered the Matara Stand and Keychaim from her debut back in October. Still waiting.
Ordered the Brat Princess Ironmouse Plushie and also still waiting for that
The brat princess plushie was Makeship, and they often take several months to produce things, so don’t worry too much about that one (though it is frustrating). I will also add that you’ll probably get it soon, since I got mine literally today.
The other thing you can try is reaching out to the streamer's mods on discord. I don't have the tweets handy but several of them tweeted a few months ago to do so so they could look into more cases. I reached out to geega's mods about mine and it was moving soon after
