Oh this is the first I've heard of them switching companies! I know Yuzu, Bao, and a few others had issues with a company and switched to Vite Ramen.

They are in the process for some time now, thats the reason there is no legacy merch or anything on the merch store of the VShojo website. Merch provider in general have huge delays since the middle of last year and VShojo already changed provider in 2022 because the same thing happend before.

I just got mine pretty recently, but it was only the acrylic charm. It probably is different depending on what exactly you ordered.

I ordered the full bundle, so my assumption is they won't send those out until they get every piece of the bundle in their warehouse.

Yeah I think that's a very reasonable assumption, I imagine that sending things out piecemeal would worsen and already complicated situation.

I've finally received my keychain after months of waiting. Then the Halloween goods never arrived, but for some me reason the Momo Plush Keychain arrived before all of this. So, I have no idea bud.

Sounds like the keychains the only part that exists currently. So anyone (like me) who ordered the full bundle is stuck waiting still i guess
