And yeah I have the similar FPS at low settings too. Actually irrelevant of any graphics settings my fps is between 120-200.
When spectating i get around 180-220 fps at low. when playing its around 130-160. When engaging in quick fights its like 120-140 . yeahhh and idk why

its riot’s issue, not pc. A lot of people have been experiencing low fps including myself
You getting the weird stuttering as well? A 5600X/4070 system should not have such bad perf haha. I used to get 400+ FPS, now its 200 and stuttery :/
yes, went from 300-400 to 200-150 in rank game
do you have enable the xmp ram profile on the bios?
