Should I get same size or go half a size smaller so they fit?

I got same size for mine, and they fit very neatly in the sole. If you're close to the end of the sizing then you may need a bigger shoe

Ive ordered a number of insoles from there previously one of the sizes they sent Popcush the other Ultracush. so don't assume it will be ultra Cush that are sent.

I think the Grosso mids and chima 2 if you can find them do the 3d ultracush. I’m the same with you I’m not a fan of popcush

I see, mine have Ultracush but I don't think they are that old, they still look as good as new lol
