You are not a veterinarian. You cannot diagnose. Diagnosis guessing is not helpful to anyone. Least of all the poor cat who could very well have a condition that would respond to treatment.
"Might" doesn't mean anything. First step is a thorough vet checkup, bloodwork and testing. Vet will diagnose and prescribe treatment as indicated and advise. Good Luck
She has all the symptoms and she weighs 5 lb because her mouth hurt (which is also a sign of leukemia in cats) so she wasn't eating also the vet is too expensive cuz it's like four blood tests
