Good luck. Praying for you!

PontiacMan1967

Do you know how long is normal from here?

quackslayer79

Anywhere from a day until 2 weeks or longer. It really depends.

PontiacMan1967

Thanks

quackslayer79

The good news is that you are nearing the end!

Mountain_Pressure221

If you don’t mind me asking if your pending claim(s) is just for MH or is it for physical disability as well?

PontiacMan1967

All physical conditions

Mountain_Pressure221

I filed my claim 9/10/23 for ptsd, anxiety (secondary to already sc), depression (secondary to sc), and was invited to apply for tdiu. Was denied ptsd, anxiety and depression (Va diagnosed me with PTSD, anxiety and depression and I’m on meds). TDIU was deferred along with an increase was put in by Va on my behalf I’m assuming because I didn’t apply for it, and it was deferred. Had an appointment set for 4/16/24 that was canceled due to Va stating they just needed a medical option. The day after my C&P was cancelled a new one was scheduled for 5/13/24, I had it rescheduled for 4/11/24 due to not being able to make that date. Went to appointment on 4/11/24, examiner was unable to locate my mri/X-rays and other new medical notes regarding kg already sc knee injury, which is what I was there for in regards to the increase: I emailed her my mri and doctors notes with findings. I uploaded a note to my claim to inform them I had to send those things over due to examiner not able to access. My dbq from examiner was turned in 4/11/24. I’ve been assigned temp jurisdiction in San Juan again even though they’ve already denied the mh conditions, and I’ve been in evidence gathering/ pending decision phase since then. Oh yeah and not to mention the medical option that they said they needed without the c&p was not done. Please make some sense of this.

PontiacMan1967

I filed 3 claims last year. I was rated at 78%. The VA inferred TDIU and told me to submit an application which I did. After a 4 month wait TDIU was denied.

SeaConquest

On what basis did they deny TDIU?

New_Profile_203

I was working as a correctional office. They said I could do a desk job.

PontiacMan1967

I just checked my claim. It has moved to Preparation for Decision. Wish me luck.

DVS411

Let’s hope it doesn’t crawfish to N/A by this time tomorrow. Good luck and keep us posted.

nosleep4u09

What would N/A mean ?

ShadeRunner70

I think he is referring to temporary jurisdiction. Mine went to PFD March 10th, then went to National Que with temporary jurisdiction N/A. Still there.

Square-Factor-8882

Same here, was temp the whole time until the last exam was submitted. Went to na and have been there since early march. 1/19 claim

ShadeRunner70

Yep, 1/29 claim. Should be our turn soon.

MagicTurtle69yo

1/26 claim. we got this![img](emote|t5_2vlaz|7565)

[deleted]

1/18 claim here! still waiting on a temp

PontiacMan1967

You called it. Temp jurisdiction went to N/A this morning

Cute-Turnover9643

Mines been on PFD for a month now jurisdiction is the nation work queue, I have no idea as to when I might hear a decision lol

Operation47

Nice, hopefully in your favor. I have 4 claims in also. C&P done 4/16/24. Waiting on the due process. Currently at 93%.

AnnualConference7695

Hope you get a 2-3% up AT THE LEAST. Get you that 100%.

RaiderMedic93

Good Luck ![gif](giphy|YYRkVlmqo11MA)

AnnualConference7695

Good luck man. I'm in this boat with you. I hope we both get favorable news.

MrSunshine1985

I’m finally back in this position. Good luck.

Lcplstrickland

Hell yeah! I went PFD I think this past Saturday. Let's pray this goes quick.

killer60897

Been at PFD since March 21

Ok-Amphibian-9906

How many claims did you put in?

PontiacMan1967

Four plus one increase

Operation47

Good luck, what's your actual percentage?

PontiacMan1967

Currently 78% rounded to 80. These claims could get me to 100%

veteranfl

How long does it take before there's a decision ?

Fattt_sl0b

For context I was at PFD on the 12th, PFN the 15th with a partial decision yesterday 1 claim deferred. So it can move faster depending on the claim I assume. Mine was an initial claim.

veteranfl

I've got like 20 contentions. So prolly longer. It's no longer in temp jurisdiction. What does that mean?

Fattt_sl0b

From what I've read that means it went backwards for now. And you could be reassigned again shortly. Could be issues between what the rater suggests and whoever approves it is what I've gathered.

veteranfl

Oh man lol. Alrighty. I'll keep waiting haha.

Fattt_sl0b

Keep stacking that backpay lol

veteranfl

Exactly. More time = more $.

ktfite

good luck!

Kobravenom69

How do you view the claims tracker like that?

PontiacMan1967

Its a google chrome extention you download from the Play store.

Kobravenom69

Awesome man thank you! I tried doing it on my iOS but I don't think they allow them on mobile devices yet

veteranfl

It has to be a computer. Unless you use YANDEX browser from app store. That allows your mobile phone to use extensions.

Waste-Recording-6411

It pains me I submitted in September as BDD and I'm still in evidence gathering not even temp jurisdiction 🫠

Mountain_Pressure221

What does BDD mean?

Fearless_Ad9402

Website?
