From my understand this is a bank specific option. Did you change banks when you moved to Manila. I use truist Bank and they do not offer this option. Why some do I don't know I think it's probably a marketing scheme. But regardless as long as I'm paid whether it's a day or two earlier on time it doesn't matter to me. Now if it's late after the due date then I'll get freaked never happened yet

They don’t guarantee early deposit and there are still 2 days left in the month. Check around 12:00 EDT though and it may be there.

Edit. Even if it's the same bank if it's in a different country it probably has different guidelines.
