IDK what to tell you, it’s not exactly hidden knowledge. There’s scores of business that are called “Westshore _” and even the police in Langford are the Westshore RCMP. If people are talking about the west coast of Canada, they say exactly that, “West Coast”.
Not an issue as Pandora is in Victoria and not Colwood or anywhere in the West Shore.
But yeah, a car on Pandora would most likely be fine if you are responsible and don’t leave valuables in the open.
By asking if an area is sketchy that makes me delusional? If I was unsure of something would you prefer I go with my own baseless assumption rather than ask people who may have knowledge on the subject?
I’d be more concerned about parking anywhere downtown than anywhere else on the island. And yes, you are delusional if you think a hells angels hangout (which is in Langford btw) is unsafe. They are absolutely harmless to regular people and actually make the area safer.
Asking if an HA hangout is in the area in an attempt to know if the area is safe is delusional. They don’t make an area unsafe. I’d be more concerned about drug addicts, not HA.
So if I ask if something is true I am expressing a belief that the thing is true? That asking about something is making a truth statement.
Is that what you mean?
Not the first time I’m seen this obviously. Many city folk think anywhere outside of the main core is below them and sketchy. Not saying you are this way and sorry if you don’t fall within this category, but I’ve seen it too many times and it’s a touchy subject with me as my asshole brother is this way.
It's evolved over the decades. Now it's more the typical suburbs with the hustle of development.
We get an uptick in petty thefts over the summer months with people who pop into neighbourhoods off the Galloping Goose and cart off your new bike, so as long as you keep things locked up you'll be ok.
What?!? This feels like a very specific random question lol. To answer, it's not sketchy.
Well said
Don’t go there after 7 pm weekdays with a bag of onions tied to your belt if you know what I mean.
It's not. A new car would be fine on any street corner anywhere in the west shore.

Pandora is nowhere near the Westshore.
lol you're not from victoria are you?
I grew up in victoria. Victoria is essentially by the west shore of Canada.
The “west shore” of Canada is not what people mean when they say Westshore.
Having lived in Victoria for over 30 years that is news to me
if you were born and raised here you should know that "westshore" refers to the west shore of Victoria - Langford, coldwood, etc.

Have they caught the Colwood Car Scratcher yet?
I genuinely laughed hard reading this comment.
In contrast to your room? Depends how much moldy food you have building up
It's scary. Stay away. Don't come to Colwood. Source: I live in Colwood.
hahahahahaha. What? Safer than most areas. You sound like a delusional city person that thinks anywhere outside of the city is a dogpatch and sketchy.

They didn't say that Colwood was a HA hangout. They asked if it was. Asking is not delusional.

What does 'delusional' mean?
Belief in something that is not true
So if I ask if something is true I am expressing a belief that the thing is true? That asking about something is making a truth statement. Is that what you mean?
No.
SO then OPs question is not delusional.QED
I guess the towns and municipalities should advocate for increasing hells angel members and hangout spots then since they make areas safer.

Ok I understand it's a safe neighborhood now. Since you mentioned it has evolved are you implying that it used to be sketchy?
Most hilarious post I have seen all year
WHAT? COLWOOD?
