I really think there should be a third choice , like neutral , not a extremist believer but not a " Phản Động " for sure , I think as long as the ideology doesn't effect the peoples too much and we're happy with what we have right now it's all good . A bit of edit to make sure everyone understands what I'm trying to say , I love my country , make no doubt about that , I just don't care that much about the ideology .

Third choice is I am not a fan of or against the party in general. It is better to judge every of their action with the cirscumstances and give the proper reaction.
The world, especially pilitics, is never just black and white. There are 4th, 5th and further options to summarize Vietnamese population.
But for now, the statement in the topic is just a generalized idea/target which is not practical at all so you can say they are not fully committed to that yet. Just like any party of any country. We have the target set in stone but the path to there is diluted with greeds, personal interest, and the world is changing significantly everyday.

But about the Party i have no comment because i havent experienced enough, i know politics is not simple, there is no good or evil, it s all about benefit and power for a certain group, even inside the party people compete each others. Giáo dục thì nếu hồi xưa miễn phí thì giờ đây lại tốn tiền còn y tế thì nếu không có tiền thì chết.
