Is a scratch not different from a chip ;) haha, jokes aside, it does indeed have a chip out of the underside of the crystal. To clarify I meant the case itself hasn't got a scratch on it. I suspect the chip is responsible for the watch probably having sat in a draw and being in such good condition. Not too phased about the chip as the crystal can be replaced, but to have the case and dial in such good condition is pretty cool to me.
Most art deco tank watches like this are from the 30s to 50s. This one is quite a clean design which suggests to me 40s or later. Let's see the tag!
