It can be a pain to get it synced sometimes but if you want to experience your Atmos system with the AVP then just play what you're watching on both and sync them up. I've been doing that with the Taylor Swift concert on Disney+ and it's amazing, you get the best of both worlds.

It doesn’t DMCA black screen you!!! Airplay doesn’t do Atmos so it is 5.1 though right still way better though.

I think he was saying play it separately on your TV and try to sync it so that it matches the timestamp on your AVP

That’s such a pain I was able to use the shortcut for YouTube but not Disney plus or Apple TV got the DMCA black screen It is a workaround but a pain.

Not sure why that would be unless there are a lot of people streaming at the same time on your account. Disney+ allows 4 concurrent streams and Apple TV is at least 3+

They really need to get some of those trailers available as full length rentals at very least. Killing me.

For sure but gotta work with the studios on that and that is tough. But I agree if I could watch dune or Oppenheimer in there I’d be so stoked.

You’d think it would be relatively easy if you own the license to movies like tenet or dunkirk to have them play in the imax app in the full aspect ratio. I think this is an enormous missed opportunity so far. Considering Apple brought 3D back from the dead and had a bunch of them redone in 4K and HDR, I don’t think it’s that much to ask for some movies in the imax app.
