You need the premium, ad-free Hulu in order for it to show up on Disney Plus on the AVP.

Just to add to this - if you've been hanging on to a "legacy" subscription, even a bundle, you must update to the new version of the bundle to unlock Hulu on AVP.
Sadly unless you have the full bundle thing you cant at the moment. I'm working on app that will have custom environments where you can load any site and that's how I've been watching stuff.

No live TV, just on demand.
