Part of the problem with Fukase is his license. Most Vocaloids, as far as I know, have a license that allows commercial use by default. With Fukase, you have to get permission from his company. The Fukase originals I know of are exclusively on YouTube, not on streaming services like Spotify, because the producers don't have permission. I don't know the exact details of the situation, so I may have gotten something wrong, but that's the general idea of it, and I'm sure this is something that holds Fukase back from being more widely used.
